Moving Bath Ladle Heater

The moving bath preheater will be used for preheating bath ladles in accordance with a predefined process cycle. The heater consists of a moving insulated heater with wiring room and air circulation fan, a fixed double-wall insulated ducting per station, a manually operated flexible insulated hose (suspended from a balancer), a connection box per station, and a control panel.

After setting down the bath ladle on it’s stand, the connection box is closed (making the connection to the fixed ducting and the ladle suction spout), and the nozzle of the flexible hose is inserted in the ladle pouring spout. In this way the heated air can be circulated through the bath ladle.

Each preheater will serve two stations.
